Children's Ministry

To ensure our UPPERROOM Kids Ministry is both safe and fun, we limit the number of kids we can receive per service. To help secure your child’s spot, we suggest arriving an hour before service starts.

If we reach capacity and you’re not able to secure a spot for your child, children are always welcome in the sanctuary under parental supervision.

SUNDAY SERVICE

App Check-in starts: 8:45AM—9:30AM

Drop-off for Nursery age through Lower Elementary age : 10:20AM—10:45AM

Drop-off for Upper Elementary 3rd-6th grade : 9:45AM

Pick-up Sunday: 12:00PM

Age Groups

We receive children ages 6 months—6th grade, broken into the following groups:

Nursery (6mo—2 years)
Toddler (2—4 years)
Pre-K/Kinder (4—6 years)
Lower Elementary (1st—2nd grade)
Upper Elementary (3rd—6th grade)

Worship

We invite children to participate in the first 20 minutes of worship in the main service, before being dropped off for kids church. Children worshiping in the front must be accompanied by a parent.

How can I get connected before or after service?

One of the best ways to get connected at UPPERROOM is to meet us at our Connect Table in the lobby before or after the service. Our team would be glad to share some ways you can get involved—from classes to small groups!

Is children’s ministry available?

Yes! UPPERROOM Kids is a place where your kids can have fun, grow, and discover just how much God loves them. You can use the Church Center app to check in your child at our Self-Checkin Kiosk!

What should I wear?

At UPPERROOM, you’ll see everything from suits to T-shirts and shorts. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and at home—you’re among family here!

Are services available in Spanish?

Spanish interpretation is available at our Sunday AM services; visit the Connect Table in the lobby to pick up a headset.

Join a Serve Team!

God is calling you to build his house. If you are new to UPPERROOM, it is our desire that before you begin serving, you take at least 3 months to receive from the Lord in the prayer room, being transformed by His presence. Once your integrated into the community you can fill out the application to join a team.
