You can check-in by downloading the Church center app and creating a free account. Check-in is available in the app 2 hours prior to drop-off. However, the spot for your children is not confirmed until your Church Center QR Code is scanned at UR Kids Checkin.

Age Groups

We receive children ages 6 months—6th grade, broken into the following groups:

Nursery (6 months – 2 years)
Toddler (2 – 4 years)
Pre-K/Kinder (4 – 6 years)
Lower Elementary (1st – 2nd grade)
Upper Elementary (3rd – 6th grade)

A safe & fun environment.

To ensure our UPPERROOM Kids Ministry is both safe and fun, we limit the number of kids we can receive per service. To help secure your child’s spot, we suggest arriving an hour before service starts.

If we reach capacity, children are always welcome in the sanctuary under parental supervision.

FAQs

When can I register my child for Sunday Service?

Registration opens Saturdays at 8:30 AM & 11 AM (via the SIGNUPS tab on the Church Center app).
Registration closes Sundays 1 hour before service (7:30 AM for 8:30 AM service / 10a for 11a service).

When will there be worship for my kids?

Worship for all ages will now take place inside their classrooms.

What are some important details to know about UR Kids Registration?

Every child must be registered to attend UR Kids on Sunday mornings (exception: new families).
Unregistered kids will not be guaranteed a spot and may join the following Sunday.
Families may only register for one service. Duplicate registrations will be cross-checked and removed.

What if I’m not going to make it to church?

Cancel your registration 2 hours before service to free up space for another family.

How do I register my child for UR Kids?

On your Church Center App, click the registration link, complete the form, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

When I arrive, how will I check in my child?

Use the kiosk at the bottom of the mezzanine (enter under the patio) 30 minutes before drop-off (8:00–8:30 AM / 10:30–11 AM).
A barcode is available in the Church Center app under Check-In.

I’m serving—what about my kids’ tags?

Use the volunteer self-printing station to bypass the kiosk line. A spouse can also print tags during pre-service prayer.

Can I register from my phone?

Yes, via the Church Center app starting Saturdays at 8:30 AM & 11 AM.

Serve with our kids team!

God is calling you to build his house. If you are new to UPPERROOM, it is our desire that before you begin serving, you take at least 3 months to receive from the Lord in the prayer room, being transformed by His presence. Once you’re integrated into the community you can fill out the application to join our kids team.

Curriculum with the Word & the Spirit.

UR Kids isn’t a childcare, it’s all about discipleship. We use an originally created curriculum that emphasizes the Word and The Spirit. We Invite kids into Biblical study and teach them how to hear his voice for themselves, through powerful lesson videos, crafts, activations, and prayer.
