The Details
UPPERROOM YOUTH X 2026 is a summer camp for students ages 12 – 18 happening June 8–12 at Garden Valley Retreat Center. This summer, we’re spending five days set apart to seek Jesus from Monday to Friday with a generation hungry to encounter the living God. YOUTH X isn’t your typical youth camp; it’s a time designed for students to behold Jesus and be transformed by His presence. Morning, Noon, and Night, students will lead prayer, worship, and ministry, all centered on pursuing the man, Jesus! Our desire this year is to BEHOLD. When we behold Him, we become like Him. His Presence transforms our lives, schools, families, and minds.

Yes, the deposit is $75. It is non refundable.

- Etc. (students will go through a brief bag check upon entering camp)
- Yes, but they will be turned in to our “phone booth” system upon arrival.
- Students will have 30 minutes daily to use their phone to contact parents.
Please add all dietary restrictions and allergies to the student or leader form and we will make accommodations accordingly at every meal
Travel & Check-In
- Student drop off and check in will begin Monday June 8th at 2pm
- Student pick up will begin Friday at 12 pm and all students must be backed up by 2pm
- Partnering churches may have their own transportation times
- Drop off at the gym! (See campus map)
- Pickup at dorms
Late arrival and early pick up can be arranged through email if needed – youth@uroom.org
- Depending on the gravity of sickness or injury, parents will be contacted to ask for preferred course of action.
- In the case of an emergency students will be taken to the hospital (last resort)
- All leaders are required to have a background check
- Students are placed in gender and age specific dorms
- Gate to camp entrance is closed to the public
- Life guard on duty during pool hours
- Nurse available 24/7
Spiritual & Daily Life

- Student will be assigned small groups that meet everyday
- Camp guide/ daily devotional written and provided by camp leaders
- 2 main worship services daily with the goal of of spiritual encounters and transformation
- Morning, noon, and night Student led prayer room hours each day of camp both in dorm lobby and main prayer room.
Communication
- Student can bring digital cameras or disposable cameras

- For UR Dallas students scholarships will be made available (form opens April 2026)
